Yes. Noi Bai and Da Nang can have significant immigration queues, especially on peak travel days and during Vietnamese public holidays. Fast track at HAN and DAD uses the same priority lane system as SGN, and many travelers report clearing immigration in under 15 minutes.
For departure fast track at Tan Son Nhat (SGN), we recommend arriving at the airport at least 2.5 hours before your scheduled departure. Our staff will meet you at the agreed point and escort you through the priority immigration lane.
No printed voucher is required. Your greeter will be holding a sign with your name. After booking, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have any concerns before travel, our team is available on WhatsApp.
All confirmed bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. For cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service, a refund may be issued after deduction of payment gateway charges, bank charges, and administrative fees. Cancellations made within 48 to 72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund, less applicable processing and administrative fees.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time, as well as no-shows, are strictly non-refundable. Please note that payment processing fees charged by third-party gateways such as Stripe are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer in the event of any approved refund.

This service covers immigration only — not check-in or security queues.
