We actively monitor incoming flight statuses. Whether you arrive early or late, your greeter will be there. There are no extra charges for flight delays.
This service is for the fast track lane only. You should already have the required travel documents before flying. If you need visa support, our team can discuss available add-ons separately.
Yes. Families benefit greatly from avoiding long queues with children. Infants under 2 can be handled according to service policy, while travelers needing passport processing should be included in the booking.
For arrivals, staff usually wait near the end of the airbridge or terminal entry point. For departures, the meeting point is shared in your confirmation after booking.
We require at least 24 hours' notice before your flight. Same-day bookings cannot be accommodated. For the smoothest experience, we recommend booking 2–3 days ahead. To get started, use the booking form above or message us on WhatsApp.
You need a valid passport and an approved Vietnam visa or visa exemption. Our service covers the fast track lane only — we do not process visas. After booking, you will be asked to send passport photos via WhatsApp so our team can prepare your greeter's signboard.
Yes. Noi Bai and Da Nang can have significant immigration queues, especially on peak travel days and during Vietnamese public holidays. Fast track at HAN and DAD uses the same priority lane system as SGN, and many travelers report clearing immigration in under 15 minutes.
For departure fast track at Tan Son Nhat (SGN), we recommend arriving at the airport at least 2.5 hours before your scheduled departure. Our staff will meet you at the agreed point and escort you through the priority immigration lane.
No printed voucher is required. Your greeter will be holding a sign with your name. After booking, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have any concerns before travel, our team is available on WhatsApp.
All confirmed bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. For cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service, a refund may be issued after deduction of payment gateway charges, bank charges, and administrative fees. Cancellations made within 48 to 72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund, less applicable processing and administrative fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time, as well as no-shows, are strictly non-refundable. Please note that payment processing fees charged by third-party gateways such as Stripe are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer in the event of any approved refund.
We operate at three major Vietnam international airports: Tan Son Nhat (SGN) in Ho Chi Minh City, Noi Bai (HAN) in Hanoi, and Da Nang International (DAD). Both arrival and departure fast track are available at each airport.
Arrival fast track helps you clear immigration quickly when you land — your greeter meets you at the gate and guides you through the priority immigration lane. Departure fast track escorts you through the priority immigration lane before your flight, saving time at the departure terminal. This service covers immigration only — not check-in or security queues.
Our licensed ground staff use official priority access to escort you past the standard immigration queue. You are processed at a dedicated counter reserved for fast track passengers. This is a fully legitimate, airport-authorised service — not queue jumping.
Yes. We regularly handle group bookings for families, tour groups, and corporate travelers. For groups of 5 or more, message us on WhatsApp before booking so we can confirm staffing and pricing.
Yes. Our staff can provide additional assistance for elderly passengers or those with limited mobility, including wheelchair coordination. Please mention specific requirements in the WhatsApp message after booking.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment platform. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after checkout. Our team will then contact you on WhatsApp to collect passport photos and finalize details. Your greeter will be fully briefed before your flight.
